At Gamm Partners Inc., (GPI) We process the General Contractors Applications for their pay out requests to verify the accuracy of the submittal for work in place at the time that the application was submitted. 

GPI will go to the project and physically view the construction project by thoroughly scrutinizing that the work in place so that it corresponds to the amount of money being requested by the General Contractor and its sub contractors from the progress payment application that was submitted to the client company. We will measure the work in place and compare it to the approved Architectural drawings for determining percent of work in place for each trade item indicated on the application.  The work area is noted and dated on the drawings for referencing the starting and ending period of each progress payment application.

GPI will provide a 48 hour turn around after receiving our instructions to proceed from our client company.  We will provide a detail project status report including pictures of the work in place along with comments indicating which of the line items are acceptable and note the ones that are requesting more money than the actual work in place.  This report is sent via e-mail in a PDF format and the original documents via Federal Express. We will also provide a commentary on the following items:

1.  Construction schedule: We will provide an analysis of the schedule indicating if the project is ahead of schedule or behind schedule.

2.  Commenting on any obvious construction safety issues that are prevalent.

3.  We will review RFI's (Request For Information) if they influence the cost of construction.

4.  We will review monetary Change Order Requests.

5.  We can provide recommendations to field construction problems, by acting as an intermediary between contractor and owner.

6. We will perform other duties as the client may time to time deem necessary.
